Exchange Policy

At Sami Sons, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a convenient exchange process for your ease and peace of mind.

You may exchange your purchased items at any of our outlets, or you can contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange via courier.

Exchange requests will be accepted under the following conditions:

The exchange request must be submitted (via email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp) within 7 working days of receiving your order.

The reason for exchange must be clearly stated in the request.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and size labels intact.

The original invoice must be included with the returned item.

The product must be free from any odor, stains, perfume, or signs of wear or washing.

Please note:

Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for exchange.

If an item bought at a regular price later goes on sale, the exchange will be processed at the sale price.

Sami Sons reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests at its discretion.

Once your request has been approved, our customer service team will notify you with further instructions.

This policy applies only to orders within Pakistan.

We maintain a strict “No Refund” policy — cash returns are not available. Exchanges will only be processed once the order has been received by the customer and payment has been completed.

Damage & Claims

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.
Please report the issue within 2 working days of receiving your parcel (via call, message, or email).

After reviewing your claim, our customer service team will issue a coupon of equal value (valid for our online store only), which can be used for a future purchase.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the processing of damage or claim requests.

Note:
Items purchased from our retail outlets cannot be sent back via courier for exchange. These can only be exchanged directly at the store where the purchase was made.
