Orders and Payment

**We are currently shipping in-stock items within 2-3 days from date of purchase. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for orders with embroidery and/or heat transfer items.

Ordering by Mail: Mail orders can be paid by credit card, check (drawn on US bank only), or money order.

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied to the subtotal and shipping costs of all orders in accordance with applicable law.

Promotions: Discounts not valid for decoration, spiritwear, adidas, multipacks, previously purchased merchandise, Success Academy orders, Harmony Public Schools custom polos, KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools or clearance. Offer may be terminated or modified at any time without notice. Clearance items appear with crossed out pricing and reduced price ending in .99. BOGO offers: The free product will be equal to the lowest-priced item of the items qualifying for promotion purchased. Free shipping discount will apply once the merchandise total is over stated threshold. Decoration charges do not apply to the merchandise total needed to qualify for free shipping.

Sitewide discounts and promotion or coupon codes cannot be combined with embroidery discounts.

Edit or Cancel an Order: We are unable to edit or cancel an order after the order has been placed. Most items (excluding decorated product and clearance) are returnable. Find details on how to start your return here.

Shipping Information

**We are currently shipping in-stock items within 2-3 days from date of purchase. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for orders with embroidery and/or heat transfer items.

Standard Shipping: We are currently shipping in-stock items within 2-3 days from date of purchase. Orders ship Monday through Friday only.

International Shipping: International purchases are managed through Borderfree. International orders are sent to the Borderfree shipping hub in the United States. Borderfree ships the order to its international destination. For more information visit borderfree.com/faq.

Express Delivery (air): Priority and Express shipping are available at an additional cost. The cost will automatically be calculated during the checkout process. Express delivery does not apply to decorated orders.

Decorated Orders: Allow an additional 7-10 business days for orders with embroidery and/or heat transfer, unless otherwise stated. Please note that due to high volume during our busy season (July-September) processing times may increase. Updated information will be reflected online.

P.O.Boxes: We ship standard delivery to P.O boxes. Within the continental United States you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days. Priority or Express shipping is not available for P.O Box.

APO/FPO: We ship Parcel Post to APO/FPO. Within the continental United States you can expect delivery within 5-9 business days. Orders ship Monday through Friday only. Priority and Express Shipping is not available APO/FPO.

Insurance: We automatically insure all packages.

Alaska, Hawaii and Territories: Alaska, Hawaii and Territories: We ship Parcel Post to APO/FPO. Within the continental United States you can expect delivery within 5-9 business days. Orders ship Monday through Friday only. Priority and Express Shipping is not available APO/FPO.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on merchandise total value, after any item and order level discounts are subtracted. So the exact amount of the shipping charges will be calculated at the final checkout page. Orders over $300 are subject to an 8% handling fee.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will accept unworn and unused merchandise within 90 days of the ship date for a full refund of the purchase price (excludes shipping & handling charges).

We cannot accept returns of custom decorated products unless the product or the decoration is defective.

A return due to shipping error or product defect has 14 days from receipt to qualify for a free return label. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-FRENCHTOAST(+92-345-6276396) for more details.

To return items from your order:

  • Securely package the items you wish to return
  • Fill out our returns form (link below) following the on-screen prompts and retrieve your prepaid label
  • Affix the label to your package
  • Drop it off at any UPS location
  • A flat fee of $8.95 will be deducted from the amount of your refund
  • You will receive an email once your return has been processed

Size Chart

At French Toast, we know kids come in all different sizes and it’s called growing up for a reason! All you need to find the perfect fit is a cloth measuring tape and a wall. For best results, we recommend you measure over undergarments or fitted clothes for the most accurate results. Keep the measuring tape comfortable- not too tight and too loose. Our size charts provide the appropriate sizing based on these measurements.

To find the perfect fit for your child, we use 4 key measurements:

Height – Remove shoes, place feet together and stand straight with back against the a wall. Measure from the top of the head to the ground.

Chest – Stand up straight with arms raised in the air and measure around the fullest part of the chest.

Waist – Stand up straight and measure around the natural waistline (the narrowest area of the waist).

Hip – Stand with feet shoulder width apart and measure at fullest point of hips.
