Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sami Sons, we aim to deliver your orders safely, promptly, and efficiently. Our goal is to provide a smooth shopping experience from checkout to delivery at your doorstep.

Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation message with your tracking details.

Delivery Time

Within Karachi: 2–3 working days

Across Pakistan: 3–5 working days

International Orders: Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

(Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or public holidays.)

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above a certain purchase amount 10,000/- Above.

For other orders, standard courier charges will apply and be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor the delivery status in real-time.

Delivery Guidelines

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays or misdeliveries.

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times. If the parcel remains undelivered, it may be returned to us.

International Shipping

Currently, international shipping is available to selected countries. Delivery charges and timelines vary depending on the destination and courier. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
